The Board of Governors (BOG) Meeting of the American Business Forum (ABF) was held at the PepsiCo Head Office, where several key organizational decisions were finalized. The Board appointed Afsar Mahmood as the new President to lead ABF for the remaining tenure of the current Board. It was also decided that the AGM and Elections will be conducted within the stipulated timelines at the earliest. Additionally, the audited ABF financial report was presented and approved by the BOG for submission at the upcoming AGM.
