I had the privilege of delivering a leadership module on Executive Presence, Strategic Networking, Influence & Persuasion at the Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC), SDSB–LUMS. The session was part of a leadership development program designed for mid and senior leaders from one of Pakistan’s most respected institutions.
The energy in the room was exceptional, with participants asking thoughtful questions, engaging in deep reflection, and demonstrating a strong commitment to strengthening their leadership impact.
A key highlight was the presence of Maryam Nisar (Director Partnerships & Digital Products, Jazz) as our guest speaker. Her powerful insights on women in leadership, the structural and cultural challenges senior women continue to face, and practical strategies to rise above those barriers added immense value. Her authenticity, experience, and clarity of thought provided participants with exactly the perspective they needed.
Overall, it was a transformative learning experience – filled with rich discussions, meaningful insights, and a reminder that leadership is a continuous journey of growth, resilience, and courage.
