Delighted to attend the Corporate Breakfast Meetup of Tech Leaders hosted by Umair Javed (CEO, Tkxel) and Iftikhar Hussain (Director, Startup Grind Lahore) in honor of Lolita Taub, General Partner at Ganas Ventures (USA) — a highly respected name in the global venture capital landscape.

It was a pleasure to reconnect with my friend Stetson Sanders, U.S. Consul General Lahore, who graced the event as Chief Guest, along with his wonderful team: William Campbell, Head of Economic & Political Affairs, and Amna Anis and Hassan Raza from the Economic & Commercial Section of the U.S. Consulate.

I consider it a privilege to work alongside esteemed academics and impact-driven leaders such as Dr. M. Adeel Zaffar, Dean of the Suleman Dawood School of Business at LUMS, and Dr. Hammad Naveed, Pro-Rector at UCP. Together, we continue to build meaningful bridges between academia, the corporate sector, and Pakistan’s startup and entrepreneurial ecosystems — paving the way for opportunities that will benefit future generations.

The insightful discussions on Pakistan’s tech ecosystem, innovation, and cross-sector collaboration reaffirmed my belief in the immense potential, creativity, and resilience of Pakistan’s IT sector. The future is bright for our innovators, founders, and entrepreneurs.
