It was an absolute pleasure meeting my dearest friend, Amir Iqbal, who was in Lahore for a short visit. What began as a professional relationship over a decade ago has grown into a bond that feels like family — Amir is truly more of a brother and mentor to me.

It was a joy catching up with him today, joined by friends Muhammad Luqman Awan, Fuad Ghazanfar, and Fahad Yousaf. Our conversation flowed effortlessly — from reminiscing about the good old days to reflecting deeply on Pakistan’s evolving economy, the corporate landscape, and the many lessons life has to offer.

Above all, it served as a heartfelt reminder of how precious old friendships are and the value of cherishing such moments whenever possible.
