I had the privilege of meeting Rabel Sadozai, Director Marketing & Sales at Fatima Group, for an inspiring discussion on sustainability, climate change, women empowerment, and social inclusion — causes we are both deeply passionate about.

I was particularly impressed to learn that Fatima Fertilizer is the first company in Pakistan to partner with UNDP under the SDG Impact Framework, aligning its business practices with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This pioneering initiative demonstrates how private sector organizations can “do well and do good”, integrating purpose, profitability, and positive societal impact.

Our conversation also explored potential collaborations to raise awareness, create social impact, and foster collective action around sustainability and equity.
