A meeting of the Rotary Club of Lahore Corporate to elect a new leadership team for 2023-24 was held last night. It’s a great honor for me to have been elected unopposed – as the President of RCL Corporate for the Rotary Year starting on 1st July 2023. My fellow colleague Rtn. Sumaira Malik was unanimously elected as the Club Secretary for the said tenure.

Sumaira and I thanked the outgoing board including President Afsar Mahmood, VP M. S. Babar, Secretary Ruhaina Qureshi, Charter President Khurram Qureshi, and all club members for their support and trust in us to lead the club.

I briefly talked about my vision for the club and assured club members that we will do our very best to pursue the global service pillars of Rotary International namely; Promoting peace, Fighting disease, Providing clean water, sanitation, and hygiene, Saving mothers and children, Supporting education, Growing local economies and last but not the least – Protecting the environment.
